The Personal interview by the psychologist is a semi-structured interview that is organized so that the candidate is given the opportunity to expose reflections and opinions, life history and goals. The interviews are dynamic examinations where personality data are added and evaluated in relation to skills and capacities, and they usually last around 40 - 70 minutes. Before the interview, the psychologist has collected all biographical information of use, and has the results from all tests performed during the selection process: the Written aptitude test, the Team work exercise and the Computerized Pilot Ability test. These facts in combination with the information given by this concentrated individual interaction with the candidate, clearly displays the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate’s capabilities and potentials for pilot work.

This is the last step for the candidate. Now remains a long wait for the candidate and hard work for the psychologists, analysing and doing a final assessment of the candidates´ pilot potentials.
